Create a Group

  1. AUser Creation and Permissions:

    • Group Users: Group UserUsers cannot create other Group users. YouTo do so, you must be a reseller or super-admin user.
    • to create Group Users 

    • Group Users canhave mange,the ability to manageaccess, and run reports across all homes within the group.
  2. Creating a Group:

    • Navigate to the Groups menu.
    • Click the Create button at the top right of the page.
    • Insert the desired group name in the Name field and press create.
  3. Editing Group Details:

    • After creating the group, click on the group you just created.
    • The Edit tab allows you to change the group’s name at any time.
  4. Creating the First Home for the Group:

    • Click on “Create the first home for this group”. This action will take you directly to the home page to create a home under the group.
  5. Adding Group Users:

    • Under Group Users, click on create.
    • Fill in the name and email of a group user. Remember that a group user has access to all homes under the group.

Head to the Groups menu and select the create button at the top right of the page.

Insert the name of the group in the Name field and press create.

Click on he group just created, the Edit tab will allow you to change the name of the group at any time.

Click on the "Create the first home for this group" to take you directly to the home page to create the home under the group.

Under Group Users click on create to add the name & email of a group user. A group user has access to all homes under the group.

Fill in the fields as per the below and press create.
