Nourish Integration

Send Nursecall records in to the Nourish Timeline, once an alert has been completed.

Before starting, request via the Nourish support chat that the resident Integration ID back-end setting is enabled for Nexus Care Integration.

You must have the DOB & NHS fields populated within each resident timeline.

  1. SelectIn the cloud platform select Nourish as the software management provider in the cloud platform & click on update.
  2. Copy the Home Token and provide this to a user who is aan administrator of theirthe Nourish environmentenvironment.
  3. Within the Nourish resident timeline under general info copy the integration ID
  4. Copy the Integration ID from NourishID.
  5. In Cloudcloud select Managemanage Roomroom and insert the ID in to the software provider field.
  6. Press Update
  7. Test an alert
